These are absolutely adorable and are probably going to get made for Thanksgiving as finger food. :]
It says for peanut allergies to use ritz bitz. Ritz bitz still has peanut butter in the middle, but I'm not sure how artificial the flavor is. I suggest using something else instead, like a nilla wafer (even though that might be too big) or just plain mini crackers. OH! Or the vanilla cookies they always have in vending machines!
